Telecaller (Work from Home)

Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Sales & Marketing team as Telecallers. At Ravik Foundation, we believe in the power of communication to drive change. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential supporters and promoting our mission of positive impact.
Job Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to potential supporters and donors.
- Explain our mission and various campaigns to generate interest.
- Collect and update supporter information in our database.
- Assist in achieving campaign targets through effective calling.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach during calls.
- Provide regular feedback to the Sales & Marketing team.
Educational Requirement
- Minimum 12th (Higher Secondary Certificate) or above.
Experience Requirement
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
Additional Requirement
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Polite and persuasive communication style.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Comfortable with computer applications.
