    As an HR Executive at Ravik Foundation, you will play a crucial role in managing human resources, fostering a positive work environment, and driving talent acquisition strategies.

  • Job Responsibility

    • Oversee recruitment and selection processes.
    • Manage employee onboarding and orientation.
    • Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Administer performance appraisal systems.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

  • Educational Requirement
